Do I need to sign up to access Primo Loop?
You can see “card” level views of Smart Messages without signing up. For detail view, we require a quick sign up.
Do you support email sign up?
We support mobile number based sign up as that is quick and easy. Since we are a mobile-centered solution, we encourage this method as the only method at this time.
What is the benefit of mobile sign up?
Mobile sign up is secure and easy. Just enter your mobile number and we send you a code by text. You enter that code and you are in. It takes less than a minute and there is no password to remember!
How it works
How long does it take to set up a profile in Primo Loop?
It takes most users less than a minute to set up a Primo Loop profile.
Can I receive notifications?
Yes. Notifications are enabled by tapping the bell icon where applicable.
I see a QR code on a poster. How do I access that deal?
Open your camera app and point it at the QR code. A prompt appears. Tap that and you will be guided through the rest of the process. It is that simple.
How many steps are there to get started?
All it takes is 2 steps
1. Tap Loops tab and join a loop of interest. Or, search a business by name and join a loop. Or, tap Nearby tab.
2. Smart messages show up as “cards”. Tap any message to view details.
Getting started is easy. Just look around as a visitor or use our super-simple sign up!

FREE! The Primo Loop App is free for download and use. Primo Loop maybe compensated by our business customers in some cases for using our platform.

What ready-made loops does Primo Loop include?
There are two loops available: General and Nearby.
What are built in loops?
Each business on Primo Loop is automatically created a loop by name “General loop”. In addition, if the business has a physical location (such as a storefront), we also automatically create a loop by name “Nearby loop”. Together these two loops constitute the set of “built in” loops. Why we do this? This helps you the member to have a well set expectation on where to find smart messages published by a business.
What is the General loop?
Each business on Primo Loop is guaranteed to have a loop called “General loop”. This is where they publish most frequently. Just search the name of the business you are interested and then join its General loop.
What is the Nearby loop?
Business Owners who have a “physical location” frequently publish smart messages to their “Nearby loop.” When you are located near the business and have selected the Nearby tab, you will be able to see these Smart Messages with just one tap.
How do I sign up to be in a loop?
Just Scan the QR code of the loop or a message in that loop. All steps are automatically done from there. It is just that easy.
Can leave a loop at any time?
Absolutely. This is the beauty of the Primo Loop system. You are in control. If a loop is not performing to your expectations, you may leave it at any time by tapping “Leave”.

Does Primo Loop work with iOS and Android smartphones?
Primo Loop for Business App is available for iOS and Android. iOS app is available on the App Store.
