What’s the Best Plan for Your Business?

Note:  If you have not yet downloaded the free Primo Loop for Business App, we suggest that you do that now as it will be easier to follow along and understand the information in this article.  

When you first sign up with the Primo Loop for Business App you are automatically assigned to the free plan. Our free plan provides generous member and smart messaging capacities, which you’ll see below.

As your business needs expand beyond the free plan, you’ll want to upgrade to one of the two paid plans, both of which increase your publishing capacity and your membership count.

You can sign up directly on our website or through our “Primo Loop for Business” mobile app.

The Plans

Primo Loop for Business Free Plan
The Primo Loop for Business Free Plan is a great way to try out our service. All customers automatically start with this default plan, which provides up to 250 unique members across the General Loop and all custom loops you create.

• You can publish 50 smart messages in the Primo Loop for Business Free Plan.
• You can have one active message at any given time in the Nearby Loop, which is not counted against your total message count. 

Messages Are Calculated Using Individual Recipients:

Here’s an example: 

• Five messages sent to 10 recipients is counted as 50. 
• Five separate messages sent to 4 recipients each is counted as 20. 
• This count is reset at the start of each month with your original subscription date used as your monthly start date. 

Primo Loop for Business Standard Plan

The Primo Loop for Business Standard Plan is the next level up from the free plan and provides you with higher member and messaging capacity.

You can upgrade to this plan on the primoloop.com/business website by tapping the “Pricing” link from the menu.

The Primo Loop for Business Standard Plan provides up to 1000 unique members across the General Loop and all custom loops you create.

• You can publish 250 smart messages in the Primo Loop for Business Standard Plan.
• You can have 10 active messages at any given time in the Nearby Loop, which is not counted against your total message count.

The Primo Loop for Business Professional Plan
The Primo Loop for Business Professional Plan provides the highest capacities currently available directly off our website. If you have a need for an even higher capacity, please contact us. 

You can upgrade to the Primo Loop for Business Professional Plan on the primoloop.com/business website by tapping the “Pricing” link from the menu. If you already have a paid plan, you can upgrade to this level through the Admin Center, by clicking here. 

This plan provides for up to 5000 unique members across the General Loop and all custom loops you create.  

The direct message capacity for this plan is 750. 

• You can publish 750 smart messages in the Primo Loop for Business Standard Plan.
• You can have 50 active messages at any given time in the Nearby Loop, which is not counted against your total message count.
