In Primo Loop for Business, you have a built-in list of your customers and prospects, which we call the General Loop. When you first create your account, the General Loop and Nearby Loop are automatically created. However, the General Loop is empty to start with.

Customers use the member App called Primo Loop App, which they download onto their phone, to find your business. A simple tap of the “Join” button is all they need to do to become a member of your business.

We refer to adding people to the General Loop as growing your membership. At the outset, we let people join your loop by themselves.

As a business owner, you can influence them to join by offering incentives while they are at your physical location of business or when you are doing business remotely (say on your website or while you are on the phone).

There’s also the Nearby Loop, where members can see your promotions for a five-mile radius. They’ll see and possibly interact with your business based on that promotion in the Nearby Loop and then join your General Loop if they want to continue getting your great offers. This loop is not a membership loop, but a geo targeted loop, and is a great way to attract new members.

QR Codes for Loops & Smart Messages

Primo Loop for Business provides QR Codes for both your Loops and smart messages.  This makes it easy for your customers to join using the camera app on their mobile.  These QR codes even have corresponding links when you want to send people the promotional item via email or on one of your social media platforms.

Provide a QR Code
You can place a QR code on a poster or postcard or other marketing flier you might create. This QR Code makes it easy for customers to scan and join your loop!  All your customer has to do is use his camera app to scan the code and he’s joined!

1. Using your Primo Loop for Business App, navigate to Loops in the hamburger menu. There you will see the built-in loops and the custom loops you have created.
2. Tap the loop name of interest and you will see the QR code for that loop.
3. Save that QR code to your Photos on your mobile. (You’ll see the option to do this right in the App.) This QR code can then be used on a poster or other marketing materials.
4. We provide template posters that you can use for this purpose including a completely generic poster that you can use right out of the box.
5. When a customer visits your business, encourage them to scan the QR code, which they can do using the mobile camera. That will automatically get the app downloaded and the loop joined all in a smooth and seamless action. 

Provide a Link Via Email or Text or on Your Website

1. Using your Primo Loop for Business App, navigate to Loops in the hamburger menu. There you will see the built-in loops and the custom loops you have created.
2. Tap the loop name of interest.
3. You will see “Copy Deep Link URL” for that loop. Tap it to copy it.
4. You can paste that link into an email or put it up on your website, or even include it in a marketing email message to your business list. 

Creative Concepts for Building Your Custom Loops

In addition to direct invitations to join a loop, we also support a more interesting and enticing way that encourages people to become members of your loop.

Here’s What You Do:

1. Use either the QR code or the corresponding Deep Link URL of a message.
2. Create a (let’s say 50% off) sale promotion message and publish it to your General Loop.
3. Because you used the message code/link, it will require the member to join the corresponding loop to access this message and take advantage of the sale.

 Another way to incentivize a person to become a member of your business is to offer incentives directly associated with the action of joining your loop. You attach a special promo (we call it an incentive promo) to the loop itself.

You can advertise in your shop or on your website to join your loop and receive a one-time special offer (free cup of coffee, 25% off coupon, etc.) just for joining. One nice thing about the incentive promotions is that you can set them up with expiration dates, another maintenance free tool for you!

Place a special offer in the Nearby Loop to attract people to your store, shop or or services and watch them convert to your general or custom loops!
